Privacy notice

This website is run by Tabreed Electro Mechanic Contracting, Khuzam St, Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (P.O. Box 34153). We decide how the personal data you send us is used. For any privacy question or request, email tabreed-em@hotmail.com or call 07 236 1010.

We receive only what you choose to send us:

• If you use the quote form: your name, company (optional), phone number, project type, emirate and the details you write.
• If you call us or message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and what you send.
• If you email us: your email address and your message.
• Our hosting provider records technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the website secure and running.

The form does not store your details on this website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email", it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you hire us, perform the contract. This is processing you ask for in order to enter into a contract with us, or to carry one out, which the UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows without separate consent.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you agree. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.

Your message reaches us through WhatsApp (run by Meta) or through our email provider (Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail). This website is hosted by Hostinger. If you press "Show map", Google Maps loads from Google. These providers may store or process data outside the UAE, under their own safeguards.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, except where the law requires.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep them longer. Then we delete them.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right:

• to know what personal data we hold about you, why we use it, who receives it and how long we keep it;
• to have it corrected or completed;
• to have it deleted;
• to restrict or stop its processing, including any direct marketing;
• to receive it in a structured, machine-readable form, where the law allows;
• to withdraw any consent you gave, at any time.

The website uses HTTPS and does not store form data. Enquiries are kept in mailboxes and phones that only our staff can access.

If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform the UAE Data Office and you, as the law requires.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, the federal authority responsible for personal data protection.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The map on the home and contact pages loads only when you press "Show map"; Google may then set its own cookies. You can use the "Open in Google Maps" link instead.

We update this notice when the website or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
