The website gives general information about our services and about projects we have worked on. The project list comes from our own records. We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing on the website is professional design advice for a specific building. Heat loads, system choices and equipment sizes depend on each project.

A message you send through the quote form, WhatsApp or email is an enquiry, not an order. Any figure, scope or timing we send in reply is not binding until a written contract or a signed quotation sets out the scope, price and terms. Work we carry out is governed by that contract or quotation, not by these terms.

The text, photos, logos, drawings and company profile documents on this website belong to Tabreed Electro Mechanic Contracting or are used with permission. You may view them, and download and share the company profile to evaluate our services. Any other use, copying or publication needs our written permission.

Brand names such as Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Hitachi, Trane, LG and York are trademarks of their owners.

The website links to services run by others, including WhatsApp, email providers and Google Maps. They work under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
