Air-conditioning equipment supply
Tabreed Electro Mechanic Contracting, based in Ras Al Khaimah, supplies air-conditioning equipment of most types and brands to suit each project, including Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Hitachi, Trane, LG and York, on its own or as part of a design-and-install contract. When we also design the system, the equipment is sized from heat-load calculations to ASHRAE methods.

Equipment types
Packaged units, VRF systems, ducted split units, decorative split units and split units.

| Packaged units | Self-contained units, usually on the roof, with all cooling parts in one cabinet, ducted to the spaces below. |
| VRF systems | One outdoor unit serves many indoor units, each controlled on its own, with refrigerant flow matched to the load. |
| Ducted split units | An indoor unit hidden above the ceiling sends cooled air through short ducts to grilles in each room. |
| Decorative split units | Visible indoor units connected to an outdoor unit, for rooms where ducting is not needed. |
| Split units | One indoor unit paired with one outdoor unit: a simple choice for single rooms and small spaces. |

Yes. Our design division calculates heat loads to ASHRAE methods, so the equipment can be sized to the building and the way it is used.

Where we work
We are based in Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah, and our duct-fabrication workshop is in Al Felayah. Our project list includes buildings across Ras Al Khaimah, among them Al Hamra, Al Rams, Al Qawasim Corniche and Dafan, and in Umm Al Quwain, Kalba (Sharjah) and Dubai (Al Eyas and The Sustainable City). Our on-call team serves clients across the northern emirates.
