Tabreed Electro Mechanic Contracting was established in Ras Al Khaimah in 2008. We design, supply, install and maintain air-conditioning and ventilation systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings and villas, and we supply equipment from international brands.
The company is organised in six operational divisions supported by six departments. Each division has its own scope, and on larger projects several work together. That lets one company take a project from heat-load calculation and design, through duct fabrication and installation, to annual maintenance.
Our clients include government bodies, companies and private owners. The project list covers ministry buildings, a general hospital, schools, mosques, malls and residential towers in Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah and Dubai.

Al Felayah, Ras Al Khaimah
We run a 6,000 sq ft mechanical workshop in Al Felayah, Ras Al Khaimah, with mechanised facilities for ducting and fabrication work.
Experienced technicians supervise production, and the ductwork goes to our own installation teams.

Heat-load calculations to ASHRAE methods
Our engineers and draftsmen prepare full HVAC designs and drawings: ducted and packaged systems, chilled water plants and ventilation.
Heat-load calculations follow ASHRAE methods. We prepare designs for engineering consultancy offices in Ras Al Khaimah as well as for our own contracts.

On site we follow the project's safety rules set by the main contractor. Smoke management systems are installed to the consultant's approved design, which in the UAE is subject to Civil Defence fire and life safety requirements.
We are based in Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah, and our duct-fabrication workshop is in Al Felayah. Our project list includes buildings across Ras Al Khaimah, among them Al Hamra, Al Rams, Al Qawasim Corniche and Dafan, and in Umm Al Quwain, Kalba (Sharjah) and Dubai (Al Eyas and The Sustainable City). Our on-call team serves clients across the northern emirates.
