Duct fabrication in Ras Al Khaimah
Tabreed Electro Mechanic Contracting fabricates ductwork and duct fittings in its own 6,000 sq ft mechanical workshop in Al Felayah, Ras Al Khaimah. Making ductwork in-house keeps fabrication and installation within one company, from the drawings to the site, and our own teams install it in coordination with the main contractor.

Our workshop
Our duct-fabrication division runs a 6,000 sq ft mechanical workshop in Al Felayah, Ras Al Khaimah, with mechanised facilities for ducting and fabrication work. Experienced technicians supervise production.
From drawing to site
We fabricate ductwork to the project drawings, and our teams install it on site in coordination with the main contractor and under the consultant's supervision. Because fabrication and installation stay within one company, the ductwork goes from our workshop to our own installation teams.

Ductwork from the workshop serves AHUs, FAHUs, packaged units, ducted split units, ventilation fans and smoke management systems.

| Fresh air handling units (FAHU) | Units that draw in outside air, filter it and cool it before it enters the building, for ventilation. |
| Packaged units | Self-contained units, usually on the roof, with all cooling parts in one cabinet, ducted to the spaces below. |
| Ducted split units | An indoor unit hidden above the ceiling sends cooled air through short ducts to grilles in each room. |
| Ventilation fans | Supply and exhaust fans that move fresh air in and stale air out of a building. |
| Smoke management systems | Fans, ducts and dampers that control smoke in a fire so that people can leave safely and firefighters can work. |

We are based in Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah, and our duct-fabrication workshop is in Al Felayah.
